Pours hazy light golden amber with a smallish off white head. Aroma is champagne like with hints of white grape and light fruits. Flavor is big and malty, with big estery flavors of light fruits, and a nice warming at the end. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is sweet, fruity, and citrusy. The taste is earthy with a lot of spice on the finish. This is one of those brews that the aroma does not match the taste. I think there is some Brett in there but this spice is very overpowering. Not well balanced and a moderately strong alcohol warming. This is the first time I bought this beer and I might try it one more time to see if it was just this bottle, but I was not to impressed and could not finish this one.

Well I really wish I had written down more than numbers and "Not my favorite Belgian, but very good!"

Bottle poured into a Sam Adams Sensory Glass produced a white head with golden yellow body. Lighter than expected with taste of white grapes and spices. Sweetness well-balanced with hops.

This beer surprised me, it was not as full or strong as I imagined and to be honest I probably enjoyed it more because of that. Lovely pear and spice aromas, poured witha typical Belgian fluffy white head.

This one poured with a cloudy golden colour, and an average-sized head. Aroma was ever so slighty fruity, and the taste was much the same, with the high ABV not in evidence.
