Commercial Description:
This cider, made from the juice of many traditional cider-apple varieties, has been fully fermented to dryness and matured in oak vats to develope a full-bodied fruity character. Strong but very dry, it has a lightness of touch matched by few other drinks.

Bottle. [thank you, Yespr]
[at Yeprs tuesday tasting]
Pours pale golden with a small, frothy, off-white film head. Aroma is sweet apples, some slight wood. Thin and watery. Light tart flavour, very weak apple notes and some wood. How can you make a cider that only weakly tastes of apples?
