| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 2, 2005 A thick, cream-colored head that is well-sustained sits atop a beautiful copper ale that is reminiscent of leaves in the fall. Aroma is distinctly Weyerbacher ale (winegum-type of fruitiness) with an amazing but limited aroma of marshmallow cream. Flavor is mild and approachable with toasty, oktoberfest-like malt but with a stronger hopping and definite ale yeast character. Sregnar35 (730), Rotterdam, New York, USA

Had a great crisp, sweet finish. Tasted like a pile of autumn leaves smells, in a good way I mean. iratherbe (255), Marlton, New Jersey, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 1, 2005 Bottle - poured with a large foamy white head that did stay a while. Light translucent penny hue of copper. Somewhat tart on the nose and not too pleasant (lacking sweetness) on the palate. Was looking for more of a Marzen / Octoberfest and accompaning malts. Lingering sour after taste that is dry and a little sticky. Was hoping for more. jimmack (1221), Nutley, New Jersey, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 30, 2005 On tap at Barcade. Clear copper color with a small off white head. Very mild malt aroma with a touch of sourness. Flavor was again quite mild. Sweet and sour malt with a hint of caramel. Not sure where the sourness is coming from. It wasn’t very prevalent, but still noticeable. agl108 (509), Manayunk, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 26, 2005 On draft. Pours a light copper with virtually no head at all. This beer appeared undercarbonated. Malty aroma with a touch of cinnamon spice. Flavor is mainly of caramel malts. Not much going on with this beer. A dissapointing offering from Weyerbacher. biznizness (952), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 24, 2005 This is a little different than a typical Oktoberfest. NOT that I would know, because that style baffles me. Pretty smooth, a little malty and sweet. OK beer.
