Feb 24, 2007 Bottled. A black beer with a red shine under a fast disappearing brown head. The aroma is acidic from the roasted malt, combined with light notes of licorice. The flavor is slightly acidic from the roasted malt, combined with notes of coffee and soy sauce, leading to a dry and bitter end with strong notes of roasted malt and lesser notes of chocolate. I find the body a bit weak.

Feb 25, 2007 (Bottle 65 cl) Pours a clear, dark mahogany with a warm, reddish hue. The body is small and beige. Fruity, vinous aroma of roasted malts. Oct 24, 2005 (22oz body) A black body with a hint of red, topped by a big tan, milkshakean head that leaves very nice lacing. Aroma is moderately sweet, coffee, roasty, some bittersweet chocolate, light raisin, nutty, salty. Taste is medium sweet, roasty, chocolate, some tobacco, salty, plum, earthy. Watery light-medium body, alcohol well hidden.

Feb 26, 2007 Bottle. Dark red-brown colour. Arom a of roasted malt, chocolate and some coffe, which also appear in the flavour though more profound. Tasty brew!
