Commercial Description:
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

The beer has a slight haze to it when pouring. Taste and smell seem to have a little acidity. Fine to try once probably not again.

Pours hazy light golden with a fully receding wispy off-white head. Aroma is sweet yeasty, citric, and slightly lactic. Taste is yeasty, creamy wheat, orange peel and pear esters. Mouthfeel is thin bodied, creamy with soft carbonation.

very noticeable coriander and orange. nice cloudy aperance, had to make sure i got all the yeast of out the bottle. tasting the wheat, gives it a very light, cloudy taste, subtle malts. very refreshing. would like to see more malt as opposed to orange. thin, watery mouth feel. has a bitter aftertaste

Bottle: Pours a hazy yellow with a white film for head. Funky, almost medicinal aroma with mild/subdued spices. Lacking character. Thin bodied with an unappealing flavor. Artificial, papery, followed by a strange soapy finish. This stuff is a miss.

Courtesy elmatador. Poured a golden yellow with a thin white head. This just smelled terrible. It smelled of slight citrus fruits with a dominant musky pasta smell. It is hard to explain, but it wasn’t good. The flavor was almost exactly like carbonated orange juice with hardly any wheat. This was very poorly done for the style.

Courtesy juiceisloose. Pours a hazy light gold color with a small white head. The smell almost was offesnive to me. It was mostly citrus, with a profound musky pasta aroma of some sort. i couldnt put my finger on it, but it wasnt pleasant. The flavor seemed more like orange juice than anything. didnt get much wheat in there, it was more in the background than anything. Pretty poorly done. Wont try again.

To sum it up. Did Coors sell the recipe? I thought I was drinking a Blue Moon. :(
