Coriander and orange dominate the nose, but there is some black pepper and wheat there as well. Taste is quite mild. Mostly wheat and lemon. Thin and heavily carbonated. Probably closer to an American wheat beer than a Belgian. Not the best witbier I’ve had this summer. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 31, 2007 Pours a nice light golden color, with minimal head. Nice taste of wheat with a decent amount of coriander and spice. Orange peel, give a lemonda like flavor. ChainGangGuy (2592), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 20, 2007 Apperance: Poured a hazy, light yellow body with a foamy white head.
Smell: Light aroma of wet hay, bananas, and cloves.
Taste: Tame even for a witbier. Soft wheat flavor, with some banana and tart lemon notes. Finish is brief and quite watery.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Spritzy carbonation.
Drinkability: Unfortunately, this isn’t one of Weyerbacher’s better beers. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 19, 2007 A cloudy yellow appearance with some coriander, lemon, and peach in the aroma. The flavor is quite sour with some coriander, spices, and a variety of citrus fruits. Overall this was a pretty good witbier. elmatador00 (518), j-action-ville, North Carolina, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 15, 2007 Poured a opaque copper color with a thin white head. Has subtle hints of spice, candied sugar, some citrus fruits. When I say subtle I mean very faint. Finished with a lot of carbonation, and not a lot of taste. Dissapointing.

The fizzy head forms pretty quickly while pouring so it took a while to get it all in the glass. Before the last little pour it was a really pale gold with lots of carbonation. The last pour adds the hazy appearance. Aromas are a little lemony, yeasty, grassy and maybe hint at cloves just a touch. Head is all but gone by now. Flavor is very thin and interestingly fruity. I had no idea what curacao orange peels tasted like, but I think I have an idea now. A little bit of a bready flavor lies under the fruitiness. Other than that, this is one of the blandest wits I’ve tried. Arayaga2 (981), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
