Commercial Description:
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

Draft, Baja Bean, Staunton VA. Hazy pale straw color with white head. Balanced nose of citrus, spice, and grassy aromas. Balanced flavors of all of the above, slightly tangy in the finish, with a bit of yeast coming through here and there. A bit thin overall, but certainly an enjoyable brew.

Hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is lightly spiced with some citrus and wheat. Flavor is citrusy with some light spice and bready malt. Drinkable, but not very well put together for an easy-drinkin summer wit. Needs big-time improvement.

Expensive brown 12 oz bottle. Pop the lid and you get the wheat beer aroma, but it is not excessive like so many of these beers that are over spiced. The smell is simply clean and fresh like spring water. Very light yellow with a cloudy ’gunk on the bottom’ pour that causes a hypnotizing visual effect in the glass, simply gorgeous! Even after the yeast swish technique there is still a thick layer of stuff on the bottom of the bottle. Very friendly first taste impressions, no detectable bitterness. Easy friendly and likable, no hints of alcohol. Has some very light mild orange peel or banana fruitiness in there. Well mannered and gentle, friendly and fun. Very enjoyable and quite wit bier experience. Creamy welcomed carbonation. This beer may be boring for an imp stout or IPA lover but this is right up the alley of my favorite style. Good example of a wheat beer. Finish is not bitter at all but there is this mild earthiness that develops on the palate after the session.

Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Smells of oranges, coriander, dough, syrup, some honey. Tastes tarte and grassy with some lemony elements. Mildly peppery splashes compliment the malt well. Mouthfeel is thick and syruppy with a doughy finish.

Smells of cloves and citrus zest. Smooth and mellow wheat with a kick of spice. A little thin but still decent.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of this one. cloudy yellow appearnance, bit of a spicy maybe orange citrus aroma. taste is like a strong citrus malt taste that i didn’t really dig.

Bottle. Pours an cloudy pale yellow body with thin head. Aroma is light spices, an odd fruity scent that I coldn’t name. Flavor is an off balance mix of spices, cirtus, and a grainy cereal like quaility. Odd taste. I did not care for this one.
