Very wheaty aroma, crisp but also lightly doughy. Coriander citrus and wheaty spice. Body is thinnish. Lemony citrus and a light acidity throughout. Nice wit. bobaidan (367), Farmington, Connecticut, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 22, 2007 Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma yeasty bread and spice. Flavor is typical of a witte with a nice orange flavor up front and corriander and yeast way in the background. I wish I could rate this higher since I love witbiers and generally love Weyerbacher, but this is a bit too light in flavor. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 20, 2007 Cloudy, deep yellow body and a pure snow white head. Very spicy aroma with notes of citrus peel, coriander, pepper, dough yeast, and clove-like phenols, plus a vague rubbery quality. Rubber emerges more strongly in the flavor and melds with a nutty quality as well. Raunchy savory elements of the flavor detract and make this less quenching and satisfying than it could be. Nowhere near in league with the good witbiers.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 20, 2007 Tap. Pours a slightly hazy tarnished copper color with a slice of a head. Nose is wheaty with citrus. Mouthfeel is very creamy, tart flavors mixed in with the wheaty sweetness. Very refreshing. I’m suprised about the lower scores for this brew. aubreya (676), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 18, 2007 The color was a hazy lemonaide color. The head was thin, fizzy, and white. The aroma was belgian yeast, wheat, a slight earthyness, citris, and some spice. The flavor was slightly tart, citris, some spice, yeast, and wheat. The palate was thin bodied. The finish was clean. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 12, 2007 Poured a pale hazy yellow with a decent white head, not as thick as I would have expected. The aroma was a bit more pungent sour than I expect from the style, although it did have some slight spice and citrus, also some grass. The flavor was sour in the wrong way with some citrus. Just not very impressive. Nate (2560), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 28, 2007 From bottle. Nice spicy peppery aroma, with quite a good bit of coriander and yeasty dustiness. Orange peels and old paper. Cloudy light amber, almost milky, with white lacing pillowy head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts with mild wheaty sweetness, light spicy coriander, and mild bubblegum esters. Good hit of chalky orange notes, followed by a mild peppery bitter finish. After is highlighted with orange peel, peppercorn, and yeast. Nice witbier, though a bit weak. ¾ (5003), Colorado, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 24, 2007 12oz bottle. I couldn’t finish this it was so bad. Regular cloudy yellow wit appearance. Smelly, soapy, terrible aroma on this thing, like plastic and potpourri and dish soap and old celery. Tastes no different, moldy and putrid almost. DO NOT WANT.
