Poured a beautiful hazy white...the way a true wit should look. Aroma of yeast. Taste was dry, crisp and refreshing. Orange, lemon and coriander throughout but no real yeast or spice presence. There was some wheat in there but didn’t come through like it should. Tsk tsk. beachbum25 (783), Powellville, Maryland, USA

Flavor is kind of light & bubblegummy; citrus, spice, banana, kind of grassy. Decent brew w/moderate carbonation. Easy to drink. solid, but not spectacular; could use a little more kick to it. Long dry finish. BigBen2120 (688), Derry, New Hampshire, USA

Light yellow murky body with a good inch of white head that persists well and leaves a fair bit of lacing. Smells like citrus and allspice. Tastes citrusy, pithy, and spicy, with notes of coriander and nutmeg toward the finish. Lighter bodied. Fairly drinkable. Not the best Wit I’ve had, but definitely a very good one. Pours somewhat hazy and pale with a small head. Flavor is sweet, with citrus, cloves, and bananas coming through. Would have been nicer on a hot day at the beach. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 8, 2007 Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium head. No lacing. Aroma of cloves, wit spices and sweet malts. Slightly sour taste. I’d say that it’s about halfway on the scale of wits that I have tried. (the sourness) Not as spicy as I like it. pjk33 (384), Sligo - Curllsville Heights, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 4, 2006 Bottle. I’m not sure that the commercial description could be much better. This one pours with almost no color at all and a fluffy head. Nose of corn and spice and flavor is light, crisp, and slightly sweet finishing dry. Nice carbonation of tiny bubbles, which makes for a great palate, although this beer is not full bodied. I like it. It would taste great in the summer! KariCupcake (214), Lenox, Massachusetts, USA
