Pale yellow color and cloudy. Moderate carbonation with a white head. Very light wheat, yeast, and clove flavor. If this one was a bit bolder in all characteristics it would be really good! alexanderj (2270), Chino Hills, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Oct 23, 2006 Poured fairly pale yellow; mildly cloudy and some visible carbonation. Aroma of bubblegum, yeast with only minimal spice. Taste was not overly tasty; mostly of bubblegum and yeast. Would have liked more spice. eaglefan538 (2397), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 21, 2006 Poured a really crystal clear pale yellow color, no head, no lacing, not much witness to this, completely filtered too. Aroma was wet hay, some spices, light. The flavor was watery, not any better than Blue Moon’s witbier other than the fact that there was no floral character. Wet hay, light coriander in the flavor, more coriander than the wheatiness. Mouthfeel was light. This was a light witbier, boring, but drinkable. adrian910ss (1434), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 1, 2006 Pours a hazy white yellow color with a medium frosty white head. Aroma is peppery with a slight hint of banana and nutmeg. Taste is a combination of pepper, banana, wheat and a hint of a sliced citrus peel. Not bad and quite refreshing for a hot day. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 13, 2006 Pours light hazy yellow with a good sized white head. The aroma is mustier than normal for the style - wheat and citrus are most notable characteristics, but there is some spice as well. Light thin body with fairly light carbonation. Starts with crisp wheat and pepper / coriander spiciness. The lemon and orange come through. There is a little mustiness on the finish, but mainly sharp crisp taste. Not a blow away beer, but nice, refreshing and enjoyable. I liked this beer more than the total score number reflects. zebracakes (1216), Washington DC, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 29, 2006 12 oz bottle via trade with frumpty (thanks Ryan!). Pours a smallish white head, leaves little lace. Very spicey peppery aroma. There is a lot going on here, I can taste the wheat, but honestly i am having a hard time picking out what the specific spices are other than the obvious coriander. It does have a crisp dry finish with some bananna/coconut in the aftertaste. I think it is good for what it is, just not something i would drink more than one of. bu11zeye (5608), Frisco, Texas, USA

Miniscule aroma of light clove, herbal garden, and some orange peel. Flavor of citrus, earthiness, light banana bread, and yeast. Quite a light witbier.
