Commercial Description:
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

Hazy light golden colour with a slight white head. Smells spicy and a little corny. Acidic citrus flavour with strong spice.

Thanks to JHop for sending this one down. Cloudy golden body with a minimal ivory head. Citrus fruit aroma, although there is a bit more of the yeast quality to it. Nice taste, light lemon, citrus, maybe some honey. Nice mouth puckering, tart, ending.

Medium yellow color - moderate haze and a thin head. Aroma of lemons and coriander. Lots of spice in the taste - a bit acidic and the finish is a little too sour. But not bad.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy white-yellow body with a medium frothy white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma has lots of spices like lavender and then some general apple and pear fruitiness. There are also soapy bread notes. Spicey flavour comes to mind with some aggresive pepper and clove along with some soft cookies. Creamy, yeast palate with agreeable carbonation. Straightforward and refreshing.

Bottle sampled with beerded-one. Pours hazy yellow\golden with a small white head. Aroma of slight citrus, yeast, and wheat to the nose. Flavor is sweet-up front, wheat, musty yeast almost corn-like. Thin bodied, not impressed.

Very cloudy lemon color. No real head to speak of beyond a soapy ring. Aroma is very citric. Lemony. The flavor is smooth and mildly wheaty. A nice wit.

Bottle (12oz). Very pale yellow, slight haze to it, small fizzy white head, plenty of random bubbles. Aroma is mildly spicy, fructose and sharp yeast, a bit sourly vegetal though. Taste is pleasant - mild spice, the yeast isn’t as sharp, still quite fruity-sweet with a slightly bitter-harsh aftertaste. Fairly weak body, lightly carbonated and watered-down syrup consistency. Not one of the better NorAm tries at a belgian wit.
