Commercial Description:
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

bottle poured a clouded caramel wheat color with a thin white head that had decent retention. aroma has spicy yeast, some funk, and pepper. mouth feel is good for the style with light carbonation. flavor has a predominately yeasty flowery punch with some spice and wheat. come off a little creamy and is a tad thin but a decent summertime brew.

Pours a murky vibrant yellow with white head. Easier drinking than mendocino summer white. Flavor is wheaty. Not bad.

miserable out of the bottle yet in a few minutes you have a half assed decent wheat beer here. the spices taste at first like turpentine but in fairness turn to tropical flavors later on. though they have a candy almost imitation flavor. still the beer firms up in time and combined with a decent scent almost makes a statement. the palate and consistancy is dishwater like but still the flavors are catchy or at least different.

Pretty good, simple beer. Not as much complexity or spice as expected in better witbiers. This was very drinkable and refreshing though. Light yeasty flavor with mild spice and citrus. Well balanced and light tasting.

12oz bottle...cloudy straw body with an off-white head...a fresh yeasty aroma with a touch of clove and light grassy-hay like scent...nice body...clove and lemon dominate the palate...it finishes with a yeasty hay/straw taste followed by some light orange....could see this being good on a humid day...a smidgen of na-na in the mid-palate, but it took a few sips to detect it...an average wit...as it gets warm, not so great

Pours a light golden color with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma is of spices, banana and some very strange pukish smell. The pukish sourness comes through strong in the flavor with spices hidden behind it.

Cloudy gold color with huge white head and some lacing. This is like a blue moon clone, very citric with light hops and malts. Average all around with nothing original.
