Pours a light yellow with a small white head that quickly fades. Nice crisp taste, hints of spice, and a touch of citrus. Nice and refreshing on a summer day. dpjuart (670), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 3, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Cloudy, murky yellow with a slight brown twinge. Huge white head, two fingers of fizz reduces to a pillowy white cloud then quickly to a skimming film and white rim. Nose is bright lemon that’s dampened by a wheaty, horse blanket funk and mild spice. Taste is bready malt with bright, lemon-citrus and slight spice notes. Really sweet at the end with the citrus and some wheaty malt, slight yeast flavor with only ha hint of crisp hops in the tart, dry finish. Pretty decent overall. It doesn’t have the complexity of other wits, but has a great body, solid taste, and good lacing. michael-pollack (2723), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

Citrus, spice, and yeast in the nose. Refreshing brew. Although nothing breakthru its done very well. For the most part i think Wits are really enjoyable but seem to be too similar to each other (except cazablanca) . jredmond (1056), New Jersey, USA

Pours a cloudy orange body with small white head - truthful to the style. The aroma is pretty basic - notes of yeast. The taste is also pretty standard for a witbier - very smooth. I feel like witbiers are almost unexciting by nature, and this is characteristic. I just can’t love these no matter how hard I try. It’s a ton better than Blue Moon. Coriandersoup with a bit of lemonflavour, and lots of... soup. Bit thick (for the soup...), rest is slick. This is truly awful. Coriander mash makes no beer - whatever Ir. Roger Mussche might say. yobdoog (1491), Woodridge NY, New York, USA
