Commercial Description:
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

Nice hint of coriander and wheat in the aroma. Pours a light yellow with a small white head that quickly fades. Nice crisp taste, hints of spice, and a touch of citrus. Nice and refreshing on a summer day.

12 oz. bottle. Cloudy, murky yellow with a slight brown twinge. Huge white head, two fingers of fizz reduces to a pillowy white cloud then quickly to a skimming film and white rim. Nose is bright lemon that’s dampened by a wheaty, horse blanket funk and mild spice. Taste is bready malt with bright, lemon-citrus and slight spice notes. Really sweet at the end with the citrus and some wheaty malt, slight yeast flavor with only ha hint of crisp hops in the tart, dry finish. Pretty decent overall. It doesn’t have the complexity of other wits, but has a great body, solid taste, and good lacing.

Draught at TDR Ex: Aroma of coriander and spices. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small white head. Hazy. Excellent lacing. Light to medium sweet flavor. Tastes of spices, coconut, tropical fruits, coriander, and wheat. Medium body. Chalky texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, lightly dry finish.

12oz bottle split with JRedmond. The standard for a wit pour. Citrus, spice, and yeast in the nose. Refreshing brew. Although nothing breakthru its done very well. For the most part i think Wits are really enjoyable but seem to be too similar to each other (except cazablanca) .

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy orange body with small white head - truthful to the style. The aroma is pretty basic - notes of yeast. The taste is also pretty standard for a witbier - very smooth.

Draught at Circa. I feel like witbiers are almost unexciting by nature, and this is characteristic. I just can’t love these no matter how hard I try. It’s a ton better than Blue Moon.

Lemon-yellow beer, small white head. Soupy, coriander mash. Ugh! Coriandersoup with a bit of lemonflavour, and lots of... soup. Bit thick (for the soup...), rest is slick. This is truly awful. Coriander mash makes no beer - whatever Ir. Roger Mussche might say.

Citrus and some odd spices aroma take over mostly for me.Odd light malt aspect to the taste with some orange peeo or burnt orange peel again with some strange spices, lingered for a bit.
