Miniscule aroma of light clove, herbal garden, and some orange peel. Flavor of citrus, earthiness, light banana bread, and yeast. Quite a light witbier. hopdog (5630), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 26, 2005 Bottle... Hazy, straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Nose is of lemon, unmalted wheat, vanilla and mandarin orange. Flavor is well-balanced, but very thin with light clove, orange peel, coriander, funky cilantro (yep, I said it) and lemon pepper? Dunno for sure. Light-bodied and watery with fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Not at all bad for the style (however, therein lies the problem as wits are not a favorite of mine). Unappreciated by me, but maybe a good try for a wit lover. CaptainCougar (5545), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 10, 2003 Pours a lightly cloudy effervescent champagne. Lots of orange spice in the aroma. Body is thin and citrusy sour with little complexity. Pretty smooth, but still an average witbier when compared to its imported counterparts. duff (5475), Surrey, Greater London, England
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 27, 2004 Bottle. This is a verly bad witbier, in fact i wouldn’t call it a witbier. Extremely pale yellow, not cloudy at all. There was no flavour aside from lemon, and slight hints of wheat and coriander. No depth of flavour, not such a good effort from these guys.
