Maybe I’m biased because I live right next door in Bethlehem, PA. This is a great Witbier. Good cloudiness and great taste. What else is there in this life. Light yellow murky body with a good inch of white head that persists well and leaves a fair bit of lacing. Smells like citrus and allspice. Tastes citrusy, pithy, and spicy, with notes of coriander and nutmeg toward the finish. Lighter bodied. Fairly drinkable. Not the best Wit I’ve had, but definitely a very good one. Great sweet/fruity aroma and flavor with, in my opinion, a little more than a hint of tart spiciness. It reminds me of Blue Moon (only better). This style is really growing on me. Nice aroma and appearance with a snappy spice kick to the orange/coriander flavor, without being too overwhelming. Great beer and my first entrant into this fine brewery. jredmond (1047), New Jersey, USA

Pours a cloudy orange body with small white head - truthful to the style. The aroma is pretty basic - notes of yeast. The taste is also pretty standard for a witbier - very smooth. simonbilyk (53), Maine, USA
