Commercial Description:
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

I love this beer. Maybe I’m biased because I live right next door in Bethlehem, PA. This is a great Witbier. Good cloudiness and great taste. What else is there in this life.

12oz brown bottle from Lighthouse in Manchester. Light yellow murky body with a good inch of white head that persists well and leaves a fair bit of lacing. Smells like citrus and allspice. Tastes citrusy, pithy, and spicy, with notes of coriander and nutmeg toward the finish. Lighter bodied. Fairly drinkable. Not the best Wit I’ve had, but definitely a very good one.

Avery good witbier. Great sweet/fruity aroma and flavor with, in my opinion, a little more than a hint of tart spiciness. It reminds me of Blue Moon (only better). This style is really growing on me.

Awesome white. Next best thing to Allagash White. Nice aroma and appearance with a snappy spice kick to the orange/coriander flavor, without being too overwhelming. Great beer and my first entrant into this fine brewery.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy orange body with small white head - truthful to the style. The aroma is pretty basic - notes of yeast. The taste is also pretty standard for a witbier - very smooth.

12oz. Spicy and dry aroma. Wheat gives a wonderful feeling in the mouth, thickish. Yay beer!
