Commercial Description:
Blasphemy is our award winning QUAD aged in bourbon barrels. But not overaged, so we've picked up gentle vanilla oaky notes which complement rather than supercede the complex qualities that already make QUAD such an incredible beer.

Bottle. A hazy orange beer with a medium beige head. The aroma is of yeast, fruit, bourbon, wood and alcohol, so is the taste, light sweet. Medium to full body with a sweet warming finish. Interresting and damn good!

wow from what i read is the first brewery to make a quad that isnt a trappist and i see why. this beer should make every other quad suck its ass. from the brewery cuz im cool. uh smells like bubble gum, wood, vanilla and circus peanuts (yes those little orange candy ones). and a hint of relishlike sourness. foxy reddish brown color nice lacey head not too big though. it smells so good i almost dotn want to taste it. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE A BARLEY WINE!!!!!! niggas is nuts.once yuo get past the alcohol kick. and yes there is one. the taste developes very well. the first thing i noticed was thai sticky rice and mango custard taste. lots of vanilla and wood and sweetness from the bourbon barrels. the tastie is sour and sweet and sexy. man and its 11.8 i love this its complex with being thick. crisp without being weak. and the heat really makes you happy. you need this beer.

Light to medium copper color - cloudy. Smells strongly of bourbon. Very strong Belgian style beer flavor with bourbon notes in the background. Wonderful beer. I wouldn’t drink more than one in a sitting though.

Wow didn’t expect this beer to be this good. Aroma of bourbon, and sugary spice. Taste of vanilla, bourbon, and raisins. Bourbon flavors are well done and not overpowering. Good sippin’ beer for a cold, winter day.

Bottle courtesy of hopdog. Excellent quad. Chewy, rich, sweet, w/ a hint of bourbon on the back of the throat. Dark fruit and alcohol burn mix in the finish. My favorite quad yet.
