| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Christmas party leftover. Dark brown amber pour with minimal settled tan head. Warm and a little fruity with a malts mix on the pallet. Noted the alcohol in the body along with the barley thickness. A little bitter sweet wine finish. I’m from Pa but never had this on tap, will look for it again next season. bbp182 (255), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 5, 2008 This is on tap at Just Sports Bar and Grille. The look is a beautiful amber color with a head that lasts and an ok lacing. The smell is amazing. Just from the smell you can tell that its thick and high in alcohol. But its sweet and malty and a little fruity. Wow, it is a very thick and full bodied. You can really taste the fruitiness to it! Its great. For an 11.1 percent the alcohol is a little present but not much. Another home run for Weyerbacher!
