12 oz. bottle via trade with jasonmech77 - Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off white head which faded quickly. Aroma is full of spicey, fruity esters. Flavor is very sweet and fruity. Alcohol is slightly noticeable. Medium to full body. The beer reminds me of Dogwood’s Excellent Adventure BW. This is a pretty good beer. Thanks Jason.

Bottled. Amber coloured with a rather small head. Malty and hoppy. Very spicy and strong herbal notes. Herbal bitterness - slightly sweet and a touch of anis.

22 oz. bottle, from slob, thanks so much! Pours a clear copper-mahogany color, with a small white head that diminishes rather quickly to a ring. Sweet aroma with pungent spices, like mulled cider, also cherries, clove, nutmeg and alcohol prominent, gran marnier and wood. Flavor of raisins, spice bread, tannic oak, bitter hergs, warming alcohol and cedar, full and complex, most definitely interesting. Full body, smooth and gentle carbonation.

Nose spicy with cinnamon, nutmeg and caramel; hazy rusty color with a ring of beige bubbles around the glass sides; flavor sane as the nose with the addition of alcohol; kind of like a spicy Belgian and a liitle hops trying to overcome the sweetness in the finish.

Clear red color. Thick and syrupy, sweet with nutmeg spicing. Clear sense of alcohol, which generally helps out, but it does get a little strong at the end. Not too bad!

Wow. this thing is really raw still. Funny, both brews that I have tasted that are/were named Decadence have been way too Raw to have been enjoyed all that much. The alcohol was overpowering and there was some wool blanket undertones.

Pours a nicew copper, with a ton of yeast trying to escape. Sweet spicy aroma. Seems complex, but my slightly congested nose is a little impaired. I like spicy; it reminds me a bit of a heartier great pumpkin. My wife thought of pomegranates and apple pie. In the mouth, it’s syrupy and moderately carbonated. It starts sweet, with cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices, then finishes with all that plus alcohol. This would be a nice winter warmer, but it just didn’t do it for me. I kind of wish I has let it go for about 5 more years in the cellar.

bottle from kramer. red copper body with a lasting creamy gray white head. the aroma is a bit disturbing, solvent, spices, lots of em, not sure what exactlyGofP maybe? salt? licorice? smells oily and dangerous with a bit of honey. very hot, the alcohol is there from start to finish. honey, lavender, lemon, corriander, a touch of cayenne. the finish is the best part. once these flavors start to linger they start to work, but the aklcohol and perfume and licorice flavors are hard to get through. this is not a beer i would buy again, but i am not unhappy i tried it, it is just trying to do too much, overly spiced. this makes my eyes burn when i raise the glass to my lips. fucking perfume.
