Bottle from Ro0ot Cellar. Poured clear copper color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate citrus hop and small earthy malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew that met my expectations.

12oz bottle: Pours to a clear medium amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet apples, light malt, small amount of cinnamon-like spice (but this is very mild), some light berry-type scent, but is definitely distinctly lacking hops in the nose. Taste is sweet light malt, quickly followed by some nice ripe grapefruit/citrus hops bitterness on the tongue, a bit of cereal flavor. As it warms the hops flavors come out much more, suggesting a bit of noble hops (if these are indeed grown locally). Finish is bitter spicy/earthy hops. Medium bodied, medium carbonated, and slightly too sweet for an IPA.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and hops, leading to a quite bitter finish. Thanks fiulijn for this beer.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Slighly hazy golden with an off-white head. Perfumy, flowery hops. Medium body, some caramel and soapy hops. Bitter finish. Not all that fresh I’m afraid - not off or bad though. 161209

Bottle/12 - Pours a darkish amber in color with a very small white head. Aroma is medium floral hoppy with a medium amount of malt to back it up. Flavor is actually malt first and then hoppy second. Very well balanced. Hop flavor is fresh and fruity. This is a very good IPA...

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with an antique white head. A floral hop aroma with some caramel, grapefruits, and a touch of lemon. Medium-bodied. Light caramel flavors upfront taste-wise. Grapefruitiness follows. Grainy. Just a bit biscuity and dry at the end. Pretty boring.
