May 31, 2008 Cloudy orange appearance with a large, white head. Aroma of wheat, banana and light spices. Medium bodied drink that was crisp and smooth. It was a good German style hefe. Refreshing.

May 21, 2007 22 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a moderate white head that disappeared after a few minutes. Strong, unpleasant sour aroma. The flavor is a bit more palatable with the sourness more subdued and some cloves and citrus present as well. There were no banana flavors noted at all. There was a light metallic flavor in the aftertaste that I did not care for. Without question, this was the worst beer I have sampled from this brewer and I have a hard time believing they would put this stuff on the shelves tasting like this.

Jan 30, 2007 Orangish amber pour with little to no head. Citrus peel aroma, yeast, some banana. Funky, kind of sour, odd. None of the traditional hefe flavors that I would expect. This tastes nothing like it smells, very disappointing.
