Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

From bottle : Pours a very clear copper color, sweet teaish, with a foamy finger of head, that dies down to a bubbly thin layer. Aroma is very strong piney hops, with a little malt backdrop. Taste is quite strong as well, very sharp hop flavor, not much malt. It is a little one sided in my opinion, needs better balance. Citrus hop finish. Has a very tart palate, and that lingers for awhile. A little below average i think.

12oz bottle served in a shaker glass. Pours amber with a thin head. Smells of delicate florals, pine, and caramel. More caramel malt flavor than I was expecting, balances nicely with some pine and citrus. Full body, very smooth, light lingering bitterness. A good gateway IPA for people who are intimidated by hops.

Grassy, earthy hop flavors and aromas dominate, some citrus. A well-balanced IPA that is smooth and very drinkable.

bottle 12 oz. Pours a clear amber with a small white lacing head. Nose is hoppy, namely cascade. Taste is citrus, undoubtedly cascade in the mix with a sublte malty flavor. Rather flat on the palate, but makes for smooth drinking.

12-oz bottle received via trade with dchmela. Pours clear amber with an average, frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, bread, cereal), heavy hops (pine, citrus, floral, fruity), average yeast (sweat, dough) with notes of apple, pear, and wood. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.

bottle from Pembroke Pines total wine. Nice copperish/amber color wtih a smallish off white head. Aroma is hoppy...jiucy and herbal hops. Taste is pretty hop laden with some severe bitterness on the finish. Not bad, not amazing.

Bottle: Clear copper pour with a smaller off-white head. Floral and grassey nose with some sweet caramel and bits of citrus. Tastes floral and citrus based with a more wetter feel than dry hopped. Lingering bitters. Thanks Matt.

Bottle: Copper color with a white head. Solid hop aroma grapefruit rind and piny notes. Hard core bitter flavor. This is what I am looking for when I go for an IPA. Something extremely hopalicious. I love that they dry-hopped this thing 4x the regular amount. The more, the better.
