Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

Bottle pours a rich copper/amber color with a foamy tan head. Nice lacing along the glass. Aroma is quite hoppy with notes of citrus and pine. Flavor is mostly hops and citrus with some roasted malts as well. It has a very dry mouthfeel and a nice bitter finish. Overall a nice flavor but a little too dry for my taste to want to rush out and try again.

bottle. Pours a clear light copper color, inch of light tan head bubbles up and sticks around for a good while. Aromas of earthy resin, floral notes, and a hefty amount of sharp bitterness. Flavor is good, but doesn’t live up to the massive amounts of hops suggested in the description. Sticky pine resin and sharp citrus bite make up most of the hop character, with a lot of smooth toasty malt sweetness that balances things relatively well. Palate is a bit on the slick side with some sharpness in the finish. Overall a decent brew, though much more balanced than suggested in the description.

Dark amber, clear. Lots of rising bubbles. Thick white head. Some bandaids in the aroma but not unpleasant. Floral and herbal hops, lots of petals, leaves, and grass blades but clean and not a muddled bouquet. Gentle mouthfeel, medium bodied. Smooth and clean flavors with nice sturdy backbone of malt to support the delectable hops. Bitterness is in the dandelion/bitter greens zone and is a nice hop profile. The roasted malt and the hop harmonize, finding many flavor notes in common. Harmonious, grounded, straightforward, and balanced brew.

Pours an amberish orange color with a big, foamy white head that leaves sheets of lacing behind. I can smell the hops as I pour into the glass. Citrus hops along with piney and earthy hops are most notable along with a touch of caramel malt. The flavor follows suit with the hops and citrus notes present along with the caramel malt in the background. Medium bodied with a slight syrupy feel to it. This has a nice sweet flavor with the bitterness showing on the finish. Decent ipa at best as there are plenty better of this style.

12 oz bottle. Had this awhile back. Dont remember anything about it, except it poured an amber body with a strong aroma of hops. The taste is obvi hops as well.

Not so great especially compared to double simcoe. Can’t describe it but this one seems off somehow. Seems like a big hoppy mess and I tried two bottles and both were the same.

Pours crystal clear amber with a small light tan head. Smells of real sharp hops, some malt characters, and a little weed character too. The flavor is more on the bitter side, pretty hoppy, with a pretty rich malt resence as well. Still almost kind of acidic to go alnong with the bitterness. Wasnt feeling it too much. Needed more balance to get rid of that punishing bitterness. Not my favorite IPA.

Pours a color similar to a penny with a yellowish-white head. Aroma is earthy hopes, as is the taste with a bit of citrus. Not my favorite IPA, but a pretty good beer, nothing too impressive.
