Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

Bottle, The aroma is hoppy without being overpowering. A good balance of hops and malt. The hops taste is delicious and balanced with an awesome taste. Would buy again

Pours clear orange with big off white head. Sweet grapefruit and orange aromas. Flavor is lots of bitter hops and slight malt sweetness. Medium body with average carbonation. Had a bitter aftertaste that was kind of weird. I was expecting more. I’ll have to revisit this one later.

12oz bottle @ redlight. Thanks to Rose for the suggestion. Copper colored pour with a thin white head. Grapefruit juice, pine aroma. Very spicy hoppy grapefruit juice taste. Lots of bitterness from the good ole’ hops. So many hops that it takes a lot to get any malt in the taste. Bitter hop aftertaste, yet very drinkable.

This is very hoppy as you would image. A nice amber color on pour into a tulip glass from the bottle. A great head that sticks a round with some really nice lacing. Hop heavy as I said before. tastes a bit like you put a very bitter pine tree in your mouth - in a good way. I like it but not up there with the great hop monsters but better than half way.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 12 oz bottle. Medium copper pour, soft white head that leaves sticky lacing. Fresh, pungent hoppy aroma with faint cat urine (in a good way), spruce and mint. Standard IPA flavor with some citrusy grapefruity notes, a bit of mint, some nuttiness. Thickish, non-stinging mouthfeel. I’m liking what I am seeing from this brewer - new to Florida.

Bottle Pours a clear copper with a one finger off-white head that lasts leaving good lacing. Aroma of spicy, floral, and citrus hops with sweet malt and caramel in the background. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness. Very good.
