Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

12 oz bottle. Pours an orangish haze and frothy off white head. Aroma is strait up hoppy. Flavor is dry citrus hop. This is a interesting IPA. I would drink this again.

Draught at Black Tiger. NYC. Cloudy orange color, small offwhite head. Creamy, fruity aroma, pine apple and vanilla. Fruity, creamy flavor, hops growing stronger and stronger, vanilla and banana noters. Tropical fruits. Quite balanced hoppy, grassy, fruity finish.

Poured a slightly hazy copper golden color with a tall, thick, creamy head. The head left great lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was a combination of hoppy and a malty sweetness. The initial taste was of a hop bite. The bitterness came out a little stronger after a few seconds. There was a very light sense of a bit of sweetness and a faint citrus flavor and aroma once I began drinking. This was a good IPA, just a notch below a IIPA for hoppiness.

I’ve heard of Asian Fusion, but this would be my first Hops Infusion. Pours a slightly darker amber color. Cloudy with a soft white head and good lacing. The smell is hoppy but I guess I was expecting more. Don’t get me wrong, its still got the smell but I think it could be stronger. The taste is the same way. Just looking for more. The overall taste comprises with more of a grapefruit flavor. Some sweetness in the malt brings out a sweet flavor but becomes more bitter as the taste goes by. It leaves a slight sour taste. I guess I was expecting…more.

Pours a darker amber-gold with persistent tight white head and pretty heavy tendrils of lacing. Nose is a pretty strong wallop of tropical citrus, with strong hints of grapefruit and pineapple. Considering the nose, the beer itself is almost understated, with a solid tart orange character moving into a floral, almost rose-like, tea bitter finish. Palate is pretty full for the relatively modest alcohol, and the finish sticks around. A pretty solid IPA.

12oz bottle. Pours clear amber/orange color. Aroma of hops is definitely present. The flavor is bitter hops with a slight malt undertone. Fairly smooth beer.

this is a winner. There is definite hops but they are not bitter nor is it overpowering. IT has a perfect balance of strong hop flavor with nice malts to counter-act it. Winner!

The aroma is very hoppy as advertised. It’s citrus like with pineapple There is also some some sweet malt in there but hops is what this is all about. The appearance is amber orange with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma but not overpowering with hops. The palate is smooth. Overall it’s a winner.
