Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

pours a brownish-copper. decent aroma and flavor, but I wasn’t overly impressed. It’s a decent IPA, but not one I would buy again. That said, I was surprised at how well balanced it was. It was definitely nice and malty with a good hop finish.

Pours a deep golden color with a frothy white head that retains well and leaves a decent amount of lacing. The aroma is of the standard grapefruity hops, with added aromatic spicy notes. The hoppy citrus massages the tongue with the help of the microbubble carbonation. The malty backbone adds a touch of caramel and earthy flavours. This is an IPA that really stands apart from the rest. A great example of the style.

this beer pours a nice amber color with good head rentension and thick and bold bubbles. The smeel is not so strong but once you take a sip you are bombarded with malt and hops. There is a weak smell of hops.

Clear copper appearance. Light grapefruit aroma. Some brown sugar cake sweetness. Essentially tastes like hose water with minor traces of iron, grass and pine resin struggling to color a quite blank canvas. Nothing left after swallowing. Some salvation in its reasonable degree of balance. Lacks satisfying qualities – might be described as a somewhat misguided attempt at subtlety. Drinkable. Thanks Jason!

a far cry from their double simcoe. 7 hops are in this?? after reading their website im not shocked at the light flavor considering most of the aroma or flavor hops are either english hops or lager hops...all mild in aroma and flavor. rather disappointing. im getting no bitterness or hop flavor for that matter. just enough to not make this too sweet to drink. ill take the double simcoe 100/100 over this.

12oz. bottle - pours a hazy caramel gold, with a medium off-white head. Aroma is of earthy, spicy hops. Mild citric notes in the background. Flavour is obviously quite hoppy, with earthy/piney notes coming to the foreground. Citrusy hops in the background keep everything smooth, along with the malt base which adds a good, subtle caramel character. Nice, bitter finish with the citrus coming up again at the end. Good stuff from this solid brewer.

12oz - Aroma is caramel malt and citrus hops. Pours cloudy orange-brown with a small head and great lacing. Flavor is astringent grapefruit hops and carmel malt with a dirty water aftertaste. Palate is tart and tangy. A bit too much grapefruit for my liking.
