Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

Very easy to drink regardless of the hops....and there are plenty of them!! not over powering though. just fresh citrus and perfect amount of bitterness not very carbonated, left nice lace on the glass, however. I think I’ll have another!!

12oz bottle at Winking Lizard Crosswoods. Cloudy amber with a huge beige head. Aroma of hops and soap. Grassy hop flavor with more soap. Not as crisp and citrusy as I prefer my IPAs.

Bottle from mmtmatrix, thanks dude. Poured a deep amber color with an inch thick, rocky off-white head that slowly receded to a bubbly layer and left some lacing. Aroma of some spicy, floral hops with some moderate citrus (orange, tangerine, and grapefruit) and a light pine paired with some sweet caramel. Smooth, moderately sweet entry with some sort caramel and some citrus fruit (orange and grapefruit) leading into a moderately bitter, floral hoppiness with some soft spicy undertones and light pine that lingers into the finish. Moderate carbonation and average mouthfeel. Overall a solid example of an IPA, but it doesn’t really standout in any area.

Aroma of citrusy, piney hops. Pours a cloudy amber color with a thin offwhite head. Flavor of citrusy, piney hops. The body is light to medium with soft carbonation. Not bad, but not exciting.

12oz bottle from Trinity Liquors in Spring Hill, FL. Pours a clear, red-brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma is really nice pine, citrus, and hops. Favor is mostly pine and some grapefruit...not overly bitter. Medium mouthfeel...good bitter aftertaste. This is a perfect session beer...A really solid IPA.

Cloudey amber color with medium, creamy textured off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit hops, sweet malt, and some light spices. Flavor is not as hoppy as I expected, more on the sweet malty side, but there is some grapefruit bitterness in the finish.

Single from Total Wine. Nice citric hop aroma typical for IPA. Amber-gold beer with big, firm white head that lasts the entire drink. Flavor is firmly bitter from the hops all the way through, with a bit of pale malt sweetness hiding in the background. Leans to the dry side, and definitely intended for the hop-heads. Nice medium full body. Its as hoppy-bitter as you could go without being seriously unbalanced, but they pull it off somehow. Alcohol not noticeable. If you like your IPA’s bitter, you will love this. Satisfying, but my tastes go to a less dry brew.

Draught at the big hunt. Hazy gold-amber with a small head. Spicy and citiric hops in aroma. Bitter, not too much malt going on, and mostly spicy with slight citric fruit flavors. Not the tropical bomb that double simcoe is, but a decent hop profile and a good dry malt balance to the bitterness
