Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

Bottled. Golden with a small white head. The flavor is packed with grapefruit and the hops are out of control - a very good IPA.

Dark orange hue, light off-white head sustains with fair lacing. Nose is rich bready malts with earthy and citrus hops, tinge of resin. Flavor is surprisingly malty with bread and toffee up front complimented with a moderate-high hop bitterness and low-moderate hop flavor of earthy-spice mostly with faint hints of citrus and resin, finishes sweet. Medium body, thick texture, moderate carbonation. A well-balanced, decidedly east-coast IPA with more malty presence than Cali counterparts, the hops may have also mellowed with time (I think this was sitting in my parent’s fridge since last xmas).

Bottle via coldbrewky. Hazy golden orange color with a tight white head. Some citrus hops in the aroma and bready malt. Flavor of hops stand out nicely with minimal sweetness. Hoppy mouthfeel lingers for a good while. Thanks bud!

Intriguing aroma and flavor Heavy floral notes. Fresh, handcrafted flavor, with a touch of nice raw sourness.

Botte into pint glass. Slightly cloudy with a one finger head. Aroma was mildly hoppy with a definite grapefruit tone. Feels medium bodied in the mouth. Mild hops, but needs a little more malt to help the balance. Middle of the road beer, but not bad.

12oz - One finger of off-white head sits over a cloudy orange liquid. Solid but mild hops on nose. Some malt and a waxy hops hit on palate. Bitter finish missing the malt needed to balance it. The waxy hit really turned me off.
