Dark amber color, small beige head. Christmas spicey aroma (cardamon, clove). Stronger stuff than "a standard" pumpkin ales. Strong flavor of salted licorice, but with quite short flavor. Aftertaste has more Xmasy spices, middle of the pack season ale.

Dec 3, 2008 Sharp cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin aroma. Sharp spicy flavors mirrors aroma, with a mild canned pumpkin taste on a weak malt base. More spice than pumpkin flavors here, too bad. Hazy copper color with a tan head. Light to medium body with a watery texture.

Nov 30, 2008 Pours a nice amber color with a tan head. Strong aroma of pumpkin and spice with a floral hops undertone. Nice and smooth, strong flavor of pumpkin and pumpkin spice-much more than most other examples. Undertones of hops with some sweetuess at the finish. If you don’t like pumpkin in your beer, stay away. If you enjoy the style,
worth looking for.

Nov 29, 2008 Bottled (thanks PilsnerPeter!). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is pumpkin, wood and some slight fruity hops. Flavour is pumpkin, lots of spices and salted licorice. Spicy aftertaste along with some hops. Wellbalanced and quite nice.

Nov 28, 2008 Pours a two finger off-white head that fades slowly leaving traces of lace. Nice clear amber color. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Strong pumpkin nose. Flavor is similar to a pumpkin pie with a hop backing but not really sweet like a pie. $5.00 for a 22oz bottle from Tully’s Beer and Wine Wells, ME.

Nov 27, 2008 Bottle. I love this label, that pumpkin seems really pissed, and yet ready to party big time. Pours out a bright amber, almost orange color with a initially large foamy head, that goes down pretty quickly. The aroma is loads of spices, definitely a lot of pumpkins in the nose also. A smooth and warm taste, sweet pumpkin and loads of spices, the nutmeg really stood out. A smooth and medium to thin body. Very enjoyable.

Nov 27, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours dark amber with off-white head. Aroam is malty, pumpkin, cinnamon, allspice, clove, and nutmeg. Flavor is strong with pumpkin flavor and spices. Good malt backbone with flavors of caramel, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. A decent pumkin ale but not great.

def less pumpkin flesh aroma than pumpking and lightly spiced with some cloves....
flavors of pumpkin and a plethora of spices....tons of cinammon and what at first tasted like loads of ginger. lively mouthfeel.
