Pours a slightly hazy amber with a one finger creamy off-white head and nice lacing. Nose smells just like a pumpkin pie room deodorizer! Taste is cinnamon, spice, pumpkin and potpourri. A touch of alcohol in the finish. Medium mouth feel. Good pumpkin brew – thanks Josh! Adverse2Bitter (35), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 25, 2008 By fare the best pumpkin I have ever had. And that include southern ties attempt. The pumping flavor seems legitimate, not fake like some. Not to sweet. This is could even pare well with food. I am thinking a good stew or beef burgundy. Or even a good fish fry. Beautiful in the glass. Carbonation is right on. 8% and no trace of alcohol. hayduke (1674), Eureka, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 25, 2008 Bottle from puzzl. This poured a very dark amber with a light tan and creamy head. Nose is of pumpkin pie, spices and all. Mouthfeel is rich and creamy, and flavors are pumpkin with cinnamon and cloves. Finish is smooth and there is some nutmeg, rounding out what is a remarkably good fruit beer. MrBunn (1557), Western, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours a dark amber with a thick tan head. Aromas are thick of pie spices and pumpkin... Flavor is like a big slice of heavily spiced pumpkin pie with a caramel malt backdrop. This is pretty darn good for a pumpkin beer. The spices are heavy, though... cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, etc. The come through fairly strong and it makes for a nice, full-bodied beer. Hank1980 (765), Athens, Georgia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 24, 2008 On tap at Trappeze. Pours amber with cream head. Aroma of spice, pumpkin. Taste is also pumpkin, with cinnamon, clove. Body is full and nicely balanced. Finish is smooth, with lingering spice. Floback (339), Naples, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Sep 23, 2008 12 ounce bottle from Total Wine. Pours a minimal tan head over an amber body with orange hues. Good, coating lace. Nose is wheat, clove, subtle spice. Same flavors with very mild notes of pumpkin and cinnamon. Mild/medium carbonation and medium body. This is a decent beer and the spices are down-played, which is a hindrance from the flavor in itself. I would’ve liked the spices to be more upfront and noticeable. TheCaptain (559), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA

Pumpkin spice on the nose and carries into the pallet. Pumpkin, cinnamon, nut meg, caramel malt-the works but I have to say well put together. Not a huge fan of flavored beers but this was a darn good one. fattibobatti (246), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
