It’s aroma is roasted sweet pumpkin with a nose of cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Lots of lace on the glass. Worth a second pint. It is not the best pumpkin beer, but it comes darn close. What is it doing out in August?? Palidor19 (1798), Brandon, Florida, USA

| 4.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Aug 12, 2008 One of the most amazing pumpkin beers i’ve had. The aroma is full of pumpkin and spice, almost like sniffing a pumpkin pie, the flavor doesn’t dissapoint ethier, the flavor is pretty much as if you put pumpkin pie and cake in a blender and liquified it. This is amazing stuff here! jvmiller (532), Bel Air, Maryland, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 10, 2008 Pours a nice rich amber orange with a offwhite cream head. Looks yummy. Nose smells like banana bread-lots of spice and a earthy-ness from the pumpkin. Body is luscious and smooth. Just the right amount of carbonation, smooth and slightly sticky. This beer is rich with flavor-not overly sweet though. Malty taste, pumpkin earthy, nutmeg for sure. A little wateriness on the finish, but overall the body is nice. A nice job bringing out the pumpkin and spices and making it work with this heavier beer. Lots going on here. darn1207 (668), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 8, 2008 Rich, sweet, spicy aroma, light vanilla. As I swelter in the Hell of Florida August, this makes me think of cold nights in a NYC or Cleveland pub, and makes me look forward to autumn. Medium tartness, a little parched grain, moderately sweet. Some faint chocolate notes. The spice isn’t overdone or over brewed. Medium light body. Very interesting. This is one of the few pumpkin ales that I’ve had that I could actually drink more than one of.
