Nutmeg and cinnamon noted in the flavor. Alcohol fairly hidden. Smooth and easy to drink for such a spicy beer. Felt like I was drinking Thanksgiving and Halloween in a bottle. Very good pumpkin ale overall Prostman (1077), Pennsylvania, USA

Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, gingerbread and graham cracker. Pours firey copper with a frothy off white head. Flavor has a lot of spice. Cinnamon and clove being the most prominent. A hint of sweet malt and peppermint. Creamy, medium bodied, finishes a tad watery. I’m biased as this is my favorite type of beer. Unfortunately you can only get this during the fall months. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA

Hints of alcohol in the aroma up front. Heavy pumpkin aroma with a fair amount of spice, nutmeg perhaps. Strong, outspoken flavor of pumpkin and spice. Smooth and creamy. I am not a fan of Pumpkin brews - but I have to admit - this is one of the better ones. GeneralGao (3071), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 16, 2007 22 oz bottle. Poured a clear dark orange color. Head was off white and reduced to a thin film over a few minutes. Lots of spices in the aroma, mostly cinnamon and clove. Slightly sweet with a perfumy flavor up front, plenty of pumpkin throughout, and mixed spices at the end. The alcohol was masked. Pretty good pumpkin beer. ScottB (73), Bristow, Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 16, 2007 From a pint glass. Pours a clear, deep copper with a nice creamy head that slowly dissipates leaving a nice lace. Not surprisingly, BIG spice flavors...cinnamon, nutmeg. Medium body with a nice off-sweet finish. radagast83 (1315), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Strong pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg aroma. Flavor is the same with a slight alcohol presence which is absent from so many other pumpkin beers.
