It was very well balanced, being not too pumpkin and just spicy enough. If you haven’t had this one, pick it up and toast one to Charlie Brown. The great pumpkin has arrived. Aroma and taste are pumpkin pie--strong nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, but especially nutmeg. Very spicy. Medium-thick mouthfeel. Excellent pumpkin beer. blklab2007 (965), Connecticut, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 19, 2007 bomber poured into a snifter (several times) a orange ruby in color with little carbination and light lacing on the surface. smell is cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, a little pepper spice, and malts. this stuff make me think fall is finally here. taste is medium on mouth feel, has a nice smoothness from the malts, and the same spices from the nose. definitely has all the qualities i would have hoped for. I have been waiting for a while to try this one. 00cobraR (1098), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 18, 2007 Pours out a nice orange color with a small head. aroma is just like a pumpkin pie. The flavor is very much the same, but the alcohol was present. It took away fromthis beer, but a very interesting brew indeed. i love this brewery. I think they are a top notch brewery and i have rarely drank beers from them that are sub par/ Holdwine (908), Beertimore, Maryland, USA

Okay, so I wasn’t too excited to try another pumpkin ale, but the store talked it up. So... great beer, not too mmcuh pumpkin, but it is there, weaving in and out of some great spices. You can pick them all up- cinnamon, cloves. Fun drink! Naven (873), Poway, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 17, 2007 12 oz bottle via trade with JB175. Pours a trippy orange/amber color. It definitely looks like a autumn beer. Aroma is pure spice. The flavor starts off really nice and smooth with some pleasant hoppiness shining through. There is a strong Cinnamon presence near the finish. This is the first beer that I can remember having cinnamon in it, and it doesn’t really work with me. Not a bad beer by any means, just not entirely my thing. tronraner (1917), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 15, 2007 Bomber, tasted with the other East TN RBians. Pours orange with beige head. The aroma is solid nutmeg and a little malt. The flavor is mellow nutmeg, cinnamon, toasty malt, and a bit of a sweet finish. Ok, but not really down my alley.
