This beer did not disappoint and lived up to the hype. Without a doubt the one that all other pumpkin ales need to live up to! kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Pours an orangish brown with a fluffy head. Great aroma of pumpkin and spice. The flavor is all there along with the aroma; pumpkin and spice like an autumn pie. I find it a little watery and the finish has a metallic hint, but it improves as it warms a little. Overall it’s very nice, but I’m not sure why it’s called "Imperial" other than it comes in a 22 oz. bottle. NJBeerman013 (794), Trenton, New Jersey, USA

Right off the bat, you are hit with the fresh pumpkin pie smell coplete with all the spices needed. There is a bit of caramelly sweetness, balanced by the freshness of the fruit. The alcohol is well hidden behind the huge flavors. This beer is now my favorite pumpkin fall beer. cheapdark (2050), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA

Smells like sweet waxy plums and alcohol, reminds me of a sweet alky mixed drink. Surprisingly not as alky as I expected with the name imperial on it. Has that typical pumpkin beer background. No alky content on the label but i bet it’s pretty high. Good carbonation that is welcomed. Odd veggie or spice palate that is not as sweet as the aroma. Finish is medium bitter medicinal malt bite mixed with old canned pumpkin. Aroma, look and carbonation save this from being a drain pour. After three samples, evidently pumpkin beers are not my thing. LinusStick (1856), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Spices and pumpkin throughout. Pour was a clear medium amber with a thin white ring for a head. Taste was like liquid pumpkin pie. Weyerbacher never fails to produce and as of yet, this is the best pumpkin beer I’ve had. Awesome! I almost wanted to spray some whipped cream in the glass! T3llLAllDE (82), USA
