| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 22, 2009 The essence of fall on a hot August night. Sweet and spicy aroma. Amber with a small head. Flavor is crisp pumpkin and spice, not sweet though. Nice carbonation gives it a lively feel. Great time of year with all the fall beers coming out. italarican (170), Astoria, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 18, 2009 Pours a blood orange with moderate white head. Aroma has a lot of pumpkin pie qualities: pumpkin, allspice, and ginger. Flavor is quite similar with a lot of Thanksgiving qualities. The palate is a bit thin, and there’s a slightly sour finish. Can’t wait to give it a shot closer to Thanksgiving. drowland (1429), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 18, 2009 A 12oz bottle poured almost straight into a tulip glass reveals a rich ruby beer with a big thick and frothy eggshell head. The aroma is pumpkin bread all the way with definite pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon - the usual spices - and a dash of malt and alcohol if you try for it. The flavor is notably maltier than the aroma, especially towards the middle-end, as the beginning lands on sweet and the ending lands on big spices. The exhale of breath tastes the most like pumpkin bread or pie. One of the better pumpkins I’ve had. Beerapprentice (130), Hopatcong, New Jersey, USA

Pours a dark amber colour with a white head and reddish undertones. Aroma of spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin and a bit of alcohol. Tastes like pumpkin pie in liquid form without the sweetness. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 13, 2009 Bottle thanks to HogtownHarry! Pours a very still, deep a murky orangey/brown. Appears lifeless as there is no carbonation here. Nose is nice with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, pumpkin pie, brown sugar, a bit of earthy malts. Flavour is good. Sweet malts with hoppy spices. Nutmeg and cinnamon again. Flat mouthfeel. Again, this isn’t carbonated at all. Very strange. A tasty brew regardless. Thanks Harry! buzzoven (333), Japan
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 4, 2009 Wow. Beautiful colour~a deep brown glaze with radiant orange whiskey highlights blazing through. Complex nose of spice, cloves, pumpkin, banana pie and bubblegum. Taste is rather hoppy...wasn’t expecting that...but yeah, hoppy, spicy, has a bit of a nutmeg bite to it that is pleassing. The pumpkin is certainly evident, as is the alcohol which adds a nice little burn. Very classy beer, unique personality and full of character. Would love to drink again on a chilly attumn night.
