Hawksfan17 (717), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 25, 2005 Grapefruit nose and taste, very citrus in flavor with a nice sweetness. Poured amber and went down smooth. This one was surprising because I thought it was a Traditional Lager before I tried it. weeare138 (933), Collegeville, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 16, 2005 Thanks to egajdzis for hooking me up with this.
Appears a light amber with a soapy white head that fades and leaves spotty lacing.
Smell is of light, grassy hops and a touch of mixed malts.
Tastey brew with some caramel malt and florally hops coming through in the mix.
