Cloudy copper color and a good sized white head that laces the glass. Mild hops and Belgian yeast in the aroma. Flavor has more hops, but clearly a Belgian character from the yeast and malt profile. Sweet and bitter. A winner.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Dec 21, 2009 Bottle. Sweet citrus (and orange peel specifically) with light candyish sugar and a Belgian strain. Orange-amber body, transparent, with a creamy, rocky beige head. Taste is bitingly dry (yum!) with pale malt and citrus. Touch of smooth wheat, lightly bready and earthy aftertaste. Prominent Centennial is well-chosen and working perfectly here, would love to see more Centennial/Belgian brews, but with more malt-forward styles. Rounded full body. Super dry, well-attenuated, fun adult brew! adrian910ss (1435), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
