Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is light flowers, honey, ginger notes, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat. [20090221]

Apr 25, 2009 Pale yellow with no head. Spicy aroma with some bees wax. Sweet and slightly spicy flavour, though not picking up any ginger in particular.

Feb 12, 2008 75 cL clear bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours pale yellow with minor sediment and no head. Light fruity slight mouldy aroma. Flavour is sweet and floral, distinct note of honey and flowers. Very smooth sweet finish.

Jan 21, 2008 Bottle, 12%. Weak bubblegum aroma. Almost water clear colour. The flavour is quite sweet with some apple and berry sourness. Hint of perfume and alcohol aftertaste.
