Pale yellow with no head. Spicy aroma with some bees wax. Sweet and slightly spicy flavour, though not picking up any ginger in particular.

75 cL clear bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours pale yellow with minor sediment and no head. Light fruity slight mouldy aroma. Flavour is sweet and floral, distinct note of honey and flowers. Very smooth sweet finish.

Bottle, 12%. Weak bubblegum aroma. Almost water clear colour. The flavour is quite sweet with some apple and berry sourness. Hint of perfume and alcohol aftertaste.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of MiP. Clear, pale golden. Quite a sophisticated aroma with flowers and herbs. Medium body, soft, smooth honey notes and a fairly complex spicing with a whiff of ginger. Very interesting. 230807
