Commercial Description:
A cask conditioned pale ale brewed in the traditional style. This traditional pale ale combines two-row barley malt and a blend of Crystal, Munich and Carastan malts. Original gravity of 1.054 coupled with Mt Hood, Cascade and local hops make this amber colored ale a mellow full flavored brew.

Called the winter pale ale but I believe its the same. Yazy yellow with light fluffy white head. Aroma is citrusy and piney. Very dry and hoppy throughout.

Just billed as "Pale Ale" so I’ll roll with this entry. Cloudy light brown. Smells very fresh - that brew day aroma. Soft on the palate, slightly buttery. Not hoppy but not bad. A little bit astringent at the back, maybe too sweet at the front. Okay in small doses I suspect.

A cloudy pour, definitely not 100% filtered. The aroma is imediately sharp: grassy, citrusy and a touch soapy. The hoppiness carries into the flavor rather dryly, bitter, and just a touch watery - that soapy character nudges its way into the mix occasionally. Some nice smoke in the finish.
