Cask; Regular
Brewed using German lager hops. Light in colour, sharp and very clean with lots of hop character. Very thirst quenching.

Cask at the Smithfield, Derby. Straw with a creamy head; wheat and citrus aroma; similar flavours with a smooth creamy texture; long tart and bitter citrus finish. Very refreshing, but not very exciting.

Cask at the Flowerpot, Derby. 08-09-07 I don’t really know what was wrong with this, it poured fine, golden in colour and with small white head, good clarity, but tasted soapy and quite poor, I really should’ve taken this back but it was the end of the night, I’d had a rake of ale and my dad was threatning to go onto the Thomas Sykes next at 10%, poor beer to end what had been a great day of generally very good beers.

Cask@Flower Pot, Derby. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly dry and the flavour is lightly dry and slightly fruity. Overall an OK light and mild beer.

Cask at the Flowerpot Derby, strong citrus flavours in a relatively low ABV beer. Sunflower golden. Really good.

Really nice ale here. Aroma is citrusy and grassy. Taste is pale lager malts with a hint of sweetness, mandarin and lemon citrus flavours, dry bitter finish, i could drink a serious amount of this stuff.
