Sparkling amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, fruity, light grapefruit. Taste is mild sweet, earthy, grapefruit, light peach. Fairly bitter grapefruit/earthy finish. Medium body, bit of resin. Surprised by the bitterness based on the mildness of the aroma.
