Cask poured and might have needed cleaner conditioning and care w/ yeast go awry. Overall consensus was of dirty feet & socks. ... not that I exactly know what that tastes like! :-) Retorp (2158), Tampa, Florida, USA Jan 15, 2006 One of the better Red Brick beers I tried. Aroma is fairly roasty with some sweet cooked dark fruit hints. Cloudy brown/black with a firm tan head. Flavor is quite malty and has lots of raisin, date and toasted grain notes. Decent Schwarz.
