May 21, 2006 A lot of effort went into this one. Fell a little flat, but a decent tasting Bock. Sweet from start to just near splashdown where a dry piney finish takes over.

Apr 26, 2006 Lightly hazed copper body, off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, chocolate, caramel, orange, some cherry. Taste is moderately sweet, milk chocolate, caramel, some cherry, passion fruit, light earthy, some alcohol dryness. Medium-full body.
