Commercial Description:
A deep copper colored ale with just the right amount of malt to complement the dosing of hops.

Light red color, small white head. Caramel and toffee malt aromas. Nutty malt flavor with a sublte hoppiness for balance. Nothing spectacular, but it’s pretty good.

Draft - A great deal every Tuesday - $1 pints. Amber colored beer with minimal head. Served at a nice temperature. Slightly sweet malty flavors come through but this beer tastes a bit thin.

At tap at the Red Station Brew Pub. Regular and cask version. Poured a medium copper color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, and toasted malts. The caramel and toffee were alot stronger in the cask one. Tastes of caramel, toffee, and citrus (I was getting orange peels in the cask version). Cask a good point higher iin tastes, aromas and overall.

Sampler from the brewpub. Filtered and amber. Ring of bone white head. Sweet malty caramel nose. Super smooth malt character. Sweet caramel malts. Off dry with a bitter hop flavor. Hops hold a citrus note and a touch of pine. Good attempt.

Light tea-bronze. Slightly herbal, caramel, tart, light cocoa. Pumpkiny. Chalky mouthfeel. Light aroma. Tangy finish.
