Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, smoked peat, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bitternes is peat bitter. White Park is a new brewery establishing a good reputation in Bedfordshire. Cranfield Bitter is an amber session beer with malt aroma and a musty, clothy maltiness in the taste. Some bitterness. Goes down well.
