Commercial Description:
Hard apple cider from the Bayfield Peninsula of Wisconsin. Where warm sunny days, and cool, clear nights overlooking the Apostle Islands on the shores of Lake Superior produce the sweetest fruit in the region, all captured in this lightly carbonated beverage. A refreshing alternative to beer or wine, not quite dry but not sweet. Enjoy chilled or warmed with a cinnamon stick.

very very pale tint of yellow. a bit of lace. aroma of Macintosh apples, clean refreshing, very drinkable. Not a huge cider fan, but this isn’t bad. Especially good in warmer weather. Short aftertaste is a bit metalic. But that fades before the apple taste does. Got this at the Bodega Brew Pub downtown La Crosse, WI and brought it home.

2004 Autumn Brew Review: Honey Colored. Plenty of Apple Flavor. Nice and Sweet, But Not Overbearing. Overall A Very Good Cidar.

Light, clear, clean, and refreshing. First taste is of apple, then pear in the finish. Very drinkable.

Very light colored body that is just barely tinted yellow. There is a decent amount of fast moving carbonation bubbles in the glass. The aroma is like candied apples with some light vineous character. The taste is light with MacIntosh apples and some light finish of hay. The carbonation is soft. A nice cider that is better than the rating indicates.

Autumn Brew Review 2004. Nice yellow color. Good apple flavor and aroma. It is not very sweet at all, unlike many mass produced ciders. A touch on the dry side. Nothing remarkable, but pleasing.

Pale yellow, near white wine appearance. No head. Light crisp feel with a mild spritz on the palate. Mild green apple, touch of orange citruc, cinnamon and pine needles in aroma. The added honey is evident in both the dryier nose and flavor. Light dry apple flavors, mixed with a dry honey flavor. Seems to be a mix between a sparkling mead and a dry cider. Interesting.
