May 20, 2009 Bottled. A light golden mead with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of honey and rather spicy combined with notes of roses. The flavor is sweet with noets of honey, flowers - especially roses, and lots of alcohol. The alcohol leaves a light burn in the mouth. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Clear yellow color, no head. Flowers, tobacco, leather and orange marmalade in the nose. Flavor has clover, green apples and honey. It dries till the end. Not overly sweet, quite "drinkable" mead.

Oct 4, 2008 Bottled (Thanks Papsoe!). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine mixed with some sap, fruits and wooden notes. Very sweet. Flavour is about exactly the same. Semi dry, but sweet.
