Bottled. A light golden mead with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of honey and rather spicy combined with notes of roses. The flavor is sweet with noets of honey, flowers - especially roses, and lots of alcohol. The alcohol leaves a light burn in the mouth. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Skyview. Clear pale golden. Tart and floral aroma. Surprisingly light-bodied with lovely accents of flowery honey, but also a rather synthetic edge of glue. But overall quite refreshing and not cloyingly sweet. 190608

Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, flowery, oaky. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. (190608)

Bottle, 11.5%. Weak sweet aroma. Very pale yellow colour. Sweet flavour, spicy with some nice apple juice. Sweet aftertaste, more apple.

Bottled (Thanks Papsoe!). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine mixed with some sap, fruits and wooden notes. Very sweet. Flavour is about exactly the same. Semi dry, but sweet.

Very pale color, almost transparent. It has a strange aroma: plastic, sweat, chicken, manure, perfume. Medium sweet flavor, a bit fruity with a light citrusy acidity at the end. If it was not for the weird aroma it would be a quite good drink.
