Bottle. Pour was very light yellow with great lacing. Aroma of light but real warm clove honey and light pear. very light and smooth in the mouth with a balanced sweetness that is not too sticky. Pretty decent mead. Not great but decent.

As you might expect, this mead is very sweet. But at the same time it has a nice dry taste for a good balance. One of my favorite offerings from White Winter.

Bottle from stine - thanks! Lighter color with a lighter aroma of orange blossom and maybe some wildflower. Flavor is a nice, sweet treat with some cinnamon, orange blossom, oranges, and assorted wildflowers. Smooth feel. Not fantastic, but a decent mead. For a "sweet" mead it should be a bit more aggressive in my opinion.

Pale yellow glass coating liquid. Not much as far as legs. Light alcohol, yeast, plaster and mild floral aromas. Sweet indeed. I’m not catching the less favorable qualities found in the aroma. Flavors of raisins and clean clover honey. Actually quite light on the palate. Quite simple and sweet and just a hint of floral essence to lift it a bit.

"Sweet Mead," indeed. This one may be a bit too much for me. It pours a very pale yellow body, thinner than most other meads that I’ve had. It has a sugary sweet honey aroma supported by a light floral scent, complete with flower bed. Smooth and easy to drink. The flavor also has a touch of apples & pears with a bit of alcohol. Quite a sticky sweet finish. Not bad, but not a mead that I’d repeat.

750ml bottle. Pours a pale yellow with little carbonation or legs. Aroma is sweet and honey-like with a distinctly earthy undertone. Taste is syrupy and full with a gentle honey and fruit flavor that ramps up to a pleasant strong finish. A wonderful introduction to the world of mead.

A beautifully golden yellow pour with long legs and consistent color. The aroma is light and flowery, but with a dense honey aroma that weights down the finish. Actual flavor blossoms from the rich, leathery buckwheat-style honey to a lighter, more fruit-like finish with a definite tang. Perfect as a digestif!
