Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor though added a note of butterscotch, leading to a dry bitter finish.

(Cask) Clear amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fresh and fruity nose with a whiff of nuts. Medium body, flat, accents of caramel and fruit. Finishes dry. Nice one. 210908

Cask at Olivert Twist, Stockholm. Pale brown. Perfumy, lightly appley nose. Medium sweet and medium bodied. Theres’s a touch of roastiness and bread and a fair amount of floral hops. Finished with good, somewhat resiny bitterness.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, toffee, moderate hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090103]

Cask@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Reddish ambery colour, mediumsized creamy head. Lacing. Aroma is fruity hops, some very sweetish nectary notes as well as some mild glueish sweetness lurking. Flavour is hops, apricot and mild peach along with wood and some mild yeastyness. Quite compex, but still not that interesting.

Cask Conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm
Amber color; medium head. Simple aroma, some apple peel and yeast. Quite thin mouthfeel, with dry caramel flavor and light tannins, also some yeast. The hops are quite positive, the lack of malt, of body and the presence of yeast are negative. Unbalanced experience.

Cask handpull at The Artillery Arms, Ramsgate. Copper. Very distinctive hop aroma. That’s pretty good. Nice tangerine fruit, excellent earthy hops. I’m quite impressed. Very drinkable tangerine hoppy strong bitter. Good spice on finish.
