Jun 22, 2006 (Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 20 June) Colour is dark copper, with a foamy, lasting head. Nose is malty and fruity, with a nice character of dusty hops and sewage. Taste is malty and fruity, with the same dusty hop character and a long, balanced, bitter finish. Rather dry. Very nice and tasty regarding the low abv.

Oct 2, 2008 Cask at the Hope Inn, Hythe. Brilliant amber brown with a thin cream head; aroma of dry hops and malt; strongly bitter taste with an underlying sweet malt base.

Dec 26, 2007 Cask with Mes at the Market Porter, 2nd Sept 2007. Clear light amber looks. Sweet caramel aroma and a strong, basic flavour of hops and malt. Decent mouthfeel and a long finish. Not much to wax lyrical about but a good everyday session bitter..

Sep 10, 2009 Cask (Market Porter, London) - Copper coloured. Fruity aroma with caramel, dried fruit and some hoppy hints. Fairly fruity taste with notes of toffee, caramel, hops and tea.

Jun 20, 2006 [Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm] Clear brownish amber. Very dry and butty with really light body. Bordering to feeling watery, but the malt manages to hold up, and the drybess makes it very drinkable. The finish has notes of tobacco and light grassy bitterness. A quaffer.

Jul 21, 2008 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small white head. Sweet malty aroma. Taste is fresh and fruity, maybe raspberry, with a hint of tea. Mid bitter finish. I liked this.
